SU

Integrated university

Singidunum University is an integrated university, which allows incoming students to select suitable courses from more than one study programme, provided that the selected courses are appropriate for their academic background and that there are no timetable conflicts.

You are therefore not necessarily limited to courses offered within your primary host study programme.

Before preparing your OLA

Please consult the Courses for Exchange Students section, where you can find:

  • Course Catalogues
  • indicative semester course lists
  • the latest available timetable
Online Learning Agreement

Complete your Online Learning Agreement (OLA)

For Erasmus+ study mobility, a Learning Agreement is mandatory and must be prepared and approved before the start of the mobility.

As part of the Erasmus+ digitalisation process, Singidunum University uses the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) and exchanges Learning Agreements digitally through the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) network.

Incoming Erasmus+ students are therefore required to prepare their Learning Agreement in digital form through the OLA platform or another EWP-connected system used by their home institution.

01 Student
02 Home Institution
03 Singidunum University

The OLA should normally be initiated through your home institution. Please contact your Erasmus+ or International Office if you are unsure which platform your institution uses.

Before creating your OLA

Please consult the Courses for Exchange Students section and select the courses you intend to attend at Singidunum University.

When entering courses in the OLA, please use the official course titles, course codes, and ECTS credits provided in the relevant Course Catalogue.

Once approved

Once approved by all three parties, the OLA constitutes the agreed study programme for the mobility period.

The semester course lists published on our website are intended to help students prepare their initial OLA before arrival. As course availability and timetables may occasionally change, necessary amendments can subsequently be made through the During the Mobility section of the OLA.

The OLA is the standard and required Learning Agreement format for Erasmus+ study mobility at Singidunum University.

If your institution cannot use EWP

If the home institution is unable to exchange an Online Learning Agreement through the EWP network, its Erasmus+ or International Office must officially inform Singidunum University in writing at erasmus@singidunum.ac.rs.

An alternative Learning Agreement format may be used only after such notification has been received and accepted by Singidunum University.
