During your stay at Singidunum University, it is important to keep your academic documentation up to date, follow the approved study programme and stay in contact with the Erasmus+ Office when necessary.

Before leaving Belgrade, all academic and administrative requirements related to your mobility should be completed.

DURING YOUR MOBILITY

Arrival

Arrival and Registration at Singidunum University

After arriving in Belgrade, incoming students should contact the Erasmus+ Office and follow the instructions received before arrival concerning their registration and the start of their mobility.

Certificate of Arrival

If your home institution requires a Certificate of Arrival, please contact the Erasmus+ Office after your arrival so that the document can be completed and confirmed.

Study programme

Changes to the Online Learning Agreement

If changes to your study programme become necessary after arrival—for example because a course is unavailable or two selected courses have an unavoidable timetable conflict—the change must be formally recorded in the During the Mobility section of your Online Learning Agreement.

Changes should first be discussed with the Erasmus+ Office and, where necessary, the relevant academic staff.

A course should not simply be replaced informally without updating the Learning Agreement.

Academic obligations

Classes and Academic Responsibilities

Incoming students are expected to follow the timetable and academic requirements of the courses included in their approved OLA.

Questions concerning individual courses, teaching arrangements or assessments should be discussed with the relevant professor.

Questions affecting the Learning Agreement should also be communicated to the Erasmus+ Office.

Contact us early

If you encounter an academic, administrative or practical problem during your mobility, please contact us as early as possible so that the issue can be addressed while the mobility is still in progress.

Final stage

END OF MOBILITY

Before leaving Belgrade, incoming students should make sure that all academic and administrative requirements relating to their mobility have been completed.

Confirmation documents

Certificate of Attendance

If your home institution requires a Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Stay or Certificate of Departure, please submit the relevant form to the Erasmus+ Office for confirmation.

The document will certify the period of your physical mobility at Singidunum University in accordance with the University's records.

Do not leave this until after departure

Students are advised not to leave this procedure until after departure if their home institution requires an original or specifically formatted document.

Academic record

Transcript of Records

Following the completion of academic obligations and the recording of final results, Singidunum University will prepare the relevant academic record of the courses completed during the mobility.

Official academic record

The Transcript of Records will contain the courses and results officially recorded for the student's mobility period and can be used by the home institution for the academic recognition process.

Students should ensure that any changes made during the semester were properly recorded in the final Online Learning Agreement before the mobility is closed.

Before You Leave

Inform the Erasmus+ Office

Please inform the Erasmus+ Office of your planned departure date.

Check outstanding documents

Check whether any documents required by your home institution still need to be signed or issued.

Resolve academic matters

For any outstanding academic matters, contact the relevant professor and the Erasmus+ Office before leaving Belgrade whenever possible.
